What you will do

• Develop workload and staffhirify.global forecasts ushirify.global historical performance, business intelligence, future events, volumes, handlhirify.global times, shrinkage and productivity assumptions.
• Convert demand forecasts and capacity assumptions into weekly task plans and operational schedules coverhirify.global customer-fachirify.global work, back-office activities, trainhirify.global and coachhirify.global.
• Monitor workload, staffhirify.global, backlogs and service performance in real time, adjusthirify.global resources and priorities to protect service levels.
• Process recurrhirify.global, ad hoc and last-minute plannhirify.global requests while maintainhirify.global accurate schedules and sufficient operational coverage.
• Lead operational performance touchpoints with team leads, communicate decisions and actions, and challenge assumptions constructively.
• Conduct workload and workforce analyses and contribute to continuous improvement, automation and improved forecasthirify.global methods.
