Business Analyst

Location: Bucharest, Romania; hybrid workplace

What you will do

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
• Translate business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications.
• Collaborate with product owners, developers, QA engineers, and other stakeholders throughout delivery.
• Create and maintain process flows, diagrams, and supporting documentation.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum refinement, planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Clarify requirements during development and testing, identify risks and dependencies, and validate delivered features.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum teams, business analysis, and requirements documentation.
• Hands-on experience writing user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Experience with process modeling and flow diagrams.
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Basic technical understanding, intermediate Excel skills, and intermediate English proficiency.

Nice to have

• Experience with e-commerce platforms.
• Experience with Jira and Confluence.
• Basic SQL or data analysis knowledge.
• Experience with Google Analytics or other product analytics tools.
