Business Change Readiness Analyst (Financial Services)

What you will do

• Conduct business analysis, impact assessment, strategic planning, and readiness activities for change programmes.
• Manage change and system incident impacts across operations teams, including coaching and training.
• Interpret operational data and insights to support change decisions and recommendations.
• Design and improve operational processes using tools and techniques in an Agile environment.
• Coordinate communications across System Support & Readiness, Operations, Transformation, and Incident Management teams.
• Lead business readiness activities, manage operational UAT, identify risks, and support mitigation and post-implementation reviews.

Requirements

• At least three years of experience in a customer service environment, preferably in financial services.
• At least three years of relevant business analysis or business readiness experience.
• Experience supporting complex, ambiguous, cross-department projects and business change programmes.
• Strong written and verbal communication, critical thinking, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
• Experience building relationships, resolving conflict, influencing stakeholders, and managing relationships at senior levels.
• Ability to understand operational needs, learn independently, and identify improvements.
