What you will do

• Produce high-quality requirements and business analysis deliverables throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Work with business stakeholders to understand needs, problems, and required changes.
• Elicit, analyse, define, and communicate requirements for systems supporting business strategy, objectives, and regulations.
• Support large-scale IT solutions, customer journey changes, regulatory gap analysis, and policy changes.
• Assess end-to-end journeys, impacts, benefits, and risks of proposed solutions.

Requirements

• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication skills for working with internal stakeholders and external third-party suppliers.
• Strong problem-solving ability, creative thinking, and attention to detail.
• Data-driven and methodical approach to supporting solutions and stakeholders.
• Experience working in demanding environments with critical deadlines and competing priorities.

Nice to have

• Experience working on digital projects.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Professional Business Analysis qualifications.
