Cyber Transformation Consultant (Cybersecurity)

Location: Belfast, United Kingdom; hybrid working with at least two days per week in the office or on a client site, and up to five days per week on a client site depending on the assignment.

What you will do

• Shape cybersecurity strategies with clients and connect cyber priorities to business goals and organisational culture.
• Guide transitions to new business models and contribute to digital trust and cyber security programmes.
• Resolve cybersecurity issues using technical problem-solving and a consulting approach.
• Manage projects and teams from initial scope through execution across consumer, manufacturing, and industrial sectors.
• Build stakeholder relationships, support business development, and create proposals and related materials.
• Work with multidisciplinary teams using agile practices on client and internal projects.

Requirements

• Significant experience in Digital Trust and Cyber Security consulting.
• Extensive IT or technical programme delivery experience in consumer, manufacturing, or industrial sectors.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity across people, processes, and technology.
• Demonstrated project management, team management, stakeholder engagement, and benefits realisation experience.
• Experience developing proposals, cultivating client opportunities, and maintaining senior stakeholder networks.
• Cybersecurity accreditations or qualifications and up-to-date knowledge of technology trends and challenges.
