Salary: USD 102,000–118,000 annually, plus a 15% annual target bonus.

What you will do

• Develop and execute an enterprise digital learning strategy aligned with organizational goals and workforce development priorities.
• Lead large-scale learning transformation initiatives, including LMS modernization, ecosystem integration, and content migration.
• Manage, coach, and develop a team of instructional designers while setting goals and promoting accountability, inclusion, and innovation.
• Oversee the design, implementation, governance, compliance, and lifecycle management of digital learning content.
• Direct learning technology roadmaps, vendor relationships, system integrations, platform enhancements, and operational improvements.
• Build learning metrics and dashboards, analyze learner and performance data, and present recommendations to senior leaders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in education, organizational development, learning technologies, human resources development, communications, business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience developing or presenting adult-learning or financial-services training.
• 3+ years of team leadership or supervisory experience.
• Demonstrated success managing complex projects, cross-functional partnerships, and stakeholder relationships.
• Expertise in adult learning theory, instructional design, learner experience design, accessibility standards including WCAG and Section 508, and content governance.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.

Nice to have

• Experience leading enterprise digital learning initiatives, technology implementations, and organizational transformation.
• Experience with learning analytics, data-driven decision-making, and modern LMS/LXP ecosystems.
• Financial services, credit union, or other highly regulated industry experience.
• Formal training, teaching, instructional design, or curriculum development certifications.
