TL;DR
Backend Software Developer (Python/C#): Designing, developing, and supporting enterprise services and applications in a business-as-usual environment with an accent on database engineering, system integrations, and incident resolution. Focus on optimizing SQL and stored procedures, troubleshooting data-processing failures, monitoring application health, and maintaining secure, compliant solutions with on-call support.
Location: Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam; hybrid work with remote work support and in-person collaboration.

What you will do
- Design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise services and applications.
- Optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, database objects, and data-processing workflows.
- Support integrations across internal and external systems, APIs, databases, and automated processes.
- Investigate technical incidents, interface failures, data discrepancies, and reconciliation issues.
- Monitor application health, logs, and alerts using ELK, Prometheus, Grafana, or similar tools.
- Collaborate with analysts, infrastructure, deployment, and operations teams; maintain technical documentation and participate in on-call rotations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- At least 5 years of experience in software development and application support.
- Strong SQL skills, including query optimization, stored procedures, DML, and DDL.
- Hands-on development experience with Python, C#/.NET, REST APIs, SOAP APIs, and cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure or AWS.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, source control, Git/GitHub, Jira, Confluence, and ServiceNow.
- Good English communication skills are required for daily communication, documentation, and stakeholder meetings in a global team.
