What you will do

• Lead employee relations activities across the organization, with a strong focus on hourly employees.
• Coach managers through difficult conversations, performance concerns, corrective actions, and other employee relations matters.
• Conduct workplace investigations and manage complex employee relations cases.
• Support performance management, including goal setting, development plans, promotions, merit decisions, and performance improvement plans.
• Develop manager training, case studies, and practical resources for handling employee situations.
• Support succession planning, organizational changes, workforce planning, employee development, and engagement initiatives.

Requirements

• Strong experience in employee relations and performance management.
• Significant experience supporting hourly employee populations is required.
• Experience coaching managers through employee relations and performance issues.
• Experience conducting workplace investigations and managing corrective action processes.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR policies, and employee relations best practices.
• Excellent communication, coaching, conflict-resolution, judgment, and relationship-building skills.
