Director, Human Resources

Location: Hybrid in New York, NY, with a minimum of four days per week in the office

Salary: $130,000–$165,000 yearly, plus bonus and long-term incentive eligibility

What you will do

• Provide strategic and operational HR leadership for Corporate Finance, including Corporate Controllership, Tax, Treasury, and Procurement.
• Partner with finance leaders to align and execute HR strategies supporting business initiatives.
• Lead initiatives covering staffing, performance management, compensation, succession planning, training and development, rewards, retention, organizational effectiveness, and employee communication.
• Advise employees and managers on career development, talent development, employee relations, organizational structures, and investigations.
• Support recruitment and retention in partnership with managers and Talent Acquisition.
• Build strong relationships with HR partners, finance leaders, and employees across hirify.global.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• 7+ years of relevant professional-level HR experience.
• Experience supporting organizations through business reorganization and transformation.
• Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal, organizational, critical-thinking, project-management, facilitation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to analyze data, influence stakeholders, establish executive presence, and translate business strategy into an executable HR plan.
• Ability to work from the New York, NY office at least four days per week under the current hybrid schedule.
