Associate Relations Supervisor

What you will do

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Associate Relations Advisors and Investigators.
• Provide consultation and escalation support for workplace concerns, performance management, disciplinary actions, grievances, and investigations.
• Review complex and high-risk cases, investigation reports, recommendations, and supporting documentation.
• Oversee workflows, case assignments, intake volumes, resource allocation, operational metrics, and backlog management.
• Partner with HR Business Partners, business leaders, Legal, and Compliance on complex employee relations matters.
• Identify trends and implement improvements to case quality, consistency, efficiency, and associate experience.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Employee Relations, Associate Relations, HR, investigations, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience leading teams, projects, or functional workgroups.
• Experience with workplace investigations, performance management, disciplinary actions, and employee relations matters.
• Ability to coach and develop team members and make sound decisions in complex situations.
• Strong understanding of employment law, workplace policies, and employee relations best practices.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
