What you will do

• Create sourcing execution approaches and deliver results across global business application spend categories.
• Define category plans, business needs, vendor requirements, and bank-wide vendor strategies.
• Design and manage full RFX sourcing events, including supplier documentation, training, response consolidation, and evaluation.
• Negotiate, finalize, and manage critical and strategic software contracts, approvals, onboarding, compliance, and lifecycle activities.
• Lead negotiations for major scope changes and renewals while monitoring supplier performance, quality, risk, and contractual compliance.
• Execute complex global sourcing projects and advise senior stakeholders on strategic opportunities.

Requirements

• 3–6 years of strategic procurement experience in an international organization, preferably in financial services.
• At least 3 years of cross-country negotiations with group-wide Business Applications vendors in Risk, HR, Finance, and/or Core Banking.
• Strong knowledge of software market trends, competitive landscapes, enterprise licensing models, and vendors such as SAP, ServiceNow, Salesforce, SAS, and FIS.
• Experience working with offshore teams, strong project management and negotiation skills, legal acumen, and knowledge of procurement regulatory and compliance requirements in financial organizations.
• Master-level English business communication, spoken and written, is required.
• Analytical, strategic, influencing, conflict-resolution, agile, self-driven, and sustainability-focused approach.

Nice to have

• Experience with Workday, Twilio, Topicus, Microsoft, Broadcom, Oracle, IBM, or hyperscalers.
