Account Manager (Logistics)

Location: Hanoi, Vietnam; office-based at 1 Thai Ha, Dong Da. Travel to other provinces is required for client and factory visits.

What you will do

• Develop and launch solutions for large and complex global freight forwarding clients.
• Grow hirify.global services across air, ocean, domestic and cross-border logistics, trade advisory, customs, and purchase order management.
• Partner with teams in North America, Europe, and Asia to identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts.
• Work with operations, procurement, implementation, legal, industry experts, and trade and financial services teams to execute client strategies.
• Build relationships with management-level customer contacts and critical stakeholders at major brands.
• Monitor supply chain developments and support clients through industry change.

Requirements

• 4+ years of client-facing experience; logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain experience is strongly preferred.
• Experience delivering innovation, driving results, and developing client relationships locally and globally.
• Experience working in complex global team structures and operationalizing strategic plans.
• Strong English proficiency for written and verbal communication with global stakeholders.
• Strong negotiation, problem-solving, planning, collaboration, integrity, and compliance-focused judgment.
• Willingness to travel to other provinces for client and factory visits.
