Principal Recruiter, Technology (AI)

Location: New York, NY 10017

Salary: $65,000–$100,000 per year

What you will do

• Manage full-cycle recruiting from intake through placement for technology professionals.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, networking, and recruiting platforms.
• Conduct structured interviews and evaluate candidates against technical and business requirements.
• Present qualified candidates with clear written assessments and prepare them for interviews.
• Manage feedback, offers, start dates, and candidate and client relationships.
• Maintain records in Bullhorn, meet recruiting and revenue goals, and support business development.

Requirements

• Two to three years of agency recruiting experience, preferably in technology.
• Experience recruiting for direct-hire, contract, or contract-to-hire positions.
• Strong sourcing, interviewing, communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to understand technical requirements and assess candidate qualifications.
• Urgency, follow-through, and a consultative, quality-focused recruiting approach.
