Principal Recruiter (Professional Services)

Location: New York, NY 10017

Salary: $65,000–$100,000 per year, plus performance-based bonuses

What you will do

• Manage full-cycle recruiting processes from intake through placement.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, networking, and recruiting platforms.
• Conduct structured interviews and assess candidates against client requirements.
• Present qualified candidates with clear written assessments and prepare them for interviews.
• Manage client and candidate feedback, offers, and start dates while maintaining accurate records in Bullhorn.
• Support business development, account growth, recruiting activity, placement, and revenue goals.

Requirements

• Two to three years of agency recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting in administrative and office support, legal, human resources, or finance and accounting.
• Experience recruiting for direct-hire, contract, or contract-to-hire positions.
• Strong sourcing, interviewing, communication, organization, urgency, and follow-through skills.
• Ability to understand client needs, assess candidate qualifications, and build strong relationships.
