Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant

Location: Hybrid Workplace for Your Day model with a principally in-person approach; compensation applies across offices in Colorado, Illinois, Ohio, and Massachusetts. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Salary: $85,000–$118,000 per year

What you will do

• Source accounting, finance, and business advisory professionals for strategic and just-in-time hiring.
• Partner with hiring partners and managers to understand recruiting needs and service areas.
• Create networking and sourcing plans and build candidate pipelines.
• Conduct behavioral and technical interviews.
• Facilitate assessment and selection with interview teams.
• Present offers and support successful onboarding through completion of the recruiting cycle.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related business field.
• At least 4 years of recruiting experience.
• Demonstrated sourcing, pipelining, networking, and recruiting skills.
• Working knowledge of EEOC guidelines related to hiring practices.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship is required.

Nice to have

• Professional services recruiting experience.
• PHR or SPHR certification.
• Bilingual Japanese and English or Chinese and English candidates may qualify for the sponsorship exception.
