Product Engineer - Private Equity Platform (AI)

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end development of technology products for investment and operations teams.
• Partner with stakeholders to identify high-impact product opportunities and translate feedback into roadmaps.
• Define data models, workflows, and business process maps for operational products.
• Design and build features using large language models and generative AI.
• Deliver products from prototypes and proofs of concept through stable, scalable solutions.
• Contribute code during early-stage product development when needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of relevant professional experience, including at least 2 years in product development with engineering teams.
• At least 1 year of experience building workflow products that improve operational efficiency.
• Experience shipping end-to-end products with full-stack understanding of APIs, databases, and UI development.
• Hands-on experience building and integrating LLM-powered systems into production environments.
• Familiarity with agentic frameworks, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects.

Nice to have

• Startup experience or exposure to venture or vertical-specific products.
• Knowledge of private equity or financial investment workflows.
• Additional certifications or experience in AI/ML development.
