Salary: $300,000 - $320,000 USD

What you will do

• Build developer-facing products, SDKs, and documentation to improve the experience of integrating Claude into critical applications.
• Develop AI-native solutions for nonprofits, healthcare, and educational institutions globally.
• Engineer foundational enterprise systems, including user permissions, security, and compliance infrastructure for Fortune 500 scale.
• Create purpose-built AI experiences for the Financial Services, Healthcare, and Legal verticals.
• Implement data-driven growth strategies to optimize user acquisition, engagement, and monetization.

Requirements

• 5+ years of practical full-stack engineering experience with complex consumer or B2B products.
• Expertise in modern frontend development and backend languages, specifically React and TypeScript.
• Experience building products from 0 to 1 in early-stage startups or fast-moving environments.
• Proven ability to drive cross-team alignment to ship impactful work.
• Must be based in the US and able to attend office at least 25% of the time.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, or AI-native product features.
• Experience designing developer-facing APIs and tooling.
• Background in growth, activation, A/B testing, and funnel analysis.
• Domain expertise in regulated industries such as healthcare, legal, or financial services.
