Software Engineer (AI)

Location: New York, hybrid

Salary: $160,000–$230,000 plus equity

What you will do

• Build internal products that accelerate go-to-market teams.
• Own projects end to end, from discovery and prototyping through production and long-term maintenance.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to identify high-leverage opportunities and improve operational workflows.
• Build AI-native workflows using hirify.global, LLMs, and modern automation frameworks.
• Design integrations across hirify.global, Salesforce, Snowflake, Slack, internal APIs, and other business systems.
• Create tooling and platforms that enable rapid experimentation and help define modern GTM Engineering.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience building production software.
• Fluency in TypeScript or Python and comfort working across the full stack.
• Experience building internal tools, workflow automation, developer platforms, or customer-facing products.
• Experience building AI-powered applications with LLMs and modern AI tooling.
• Ability to work directly with end users, iterate rapidly from feedback, and take ownership from ambiguity to delivery.
• Willingness to work in a fast-moving startup environment with a strong bias toward shipping.

Nice to have

• Experience with Revenue Operations or GTM systems.
• Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, Snowflake, dbt, or modern data platforms.
• Experience with workflow orchestration tools and APIs.
• Startup experience as an early engineer or founder.
• Experience building AI agents or autonomous workflow systems.
