Director E2E Product Planning (Supply Chain)

Location: Zug, Switzerland; the position is also available in the United States. Requires up to 25% domestic and international travel.

What you will do

• Define the global end-to-end supply chain configuration, including decoupling points and replenishment strategies.
• Lead new product introduction planning and monthly demand, net requirements, production, and inventory alignment across global manufacturing nodes.
• Drive executive IBP processes and lead demand and supply risk management for the assigned portfolio.
• Ensure supply continuity across API, formulation, fill-finish, external manufacturing, and supplier networks.
• Monitor business operations and KPIs, identify risks early, and coordinate resolution of allocation, root-cause, and execution issues.
• Partner with GPEX and JJT teams to develop digital execution-monitoring tools, including control towers, batch trackers, and digital twins.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; engineering, logistics, manufacturing, supply chain, finance, or economics is preferred.
• At least 10 years of experience across manufacturing, global planning, S&OP/IBP, or supply chain management.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chains, commercial operations, finance, and financial processes.
• Direct supervisory or team-management experience with demonstrated international leadership.
• Ability to influence across functions and organizational levels, build consensus, and manage changing priorities and tight deadlines.
• Experience with SAP and/or OMP is preferred; multi-echelon supply chain experience is also preferred.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree such as an MBA or Master's degree.
• Supply chain certification, such as APICS.
