Director E2E Product Planning (Supply Chain)

Location: Titusville, New Jersey, United States, or Zug, Switzerland. The role requires up to 25% domestic and international travel.

Base pay: $150,000–$258,750 per year.

What you will do

• Define the global end-to-end supply chain configuration, including decoupling points and replenishment strategies.
• Manage new product introduction planning and align demand, net requirements, production, and inventory plans across global manufacturing nodes.
• Lead executive integrated business planning processes and the portfolio demand and supply review cycle.
• Resolve end-to-end supply chain issues, including allocation challenges and root-cause analyses.
• Ensure supply continuity for the Synthetics Platform through coordination across manufacturing sites, suppliers, and functional partners.
• Develop execution-monitoring tools with GPEX and JJT teams, including control towers, batch trackers, and digital twins.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, logistics, manufacturing, supply chain, finance, economics, or a related field.
• At least 10 years of experience in at least two areas including manufacturing, global planning, S&OP/IBP, or supply chain management.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain characteristics, commercial operations, and financial processes.
• Direct supervisory or team management experience with demonstrated international or global leadership.
• Ability to influence across functions, build consensus, manage changing priorities, and work under tight deadlines.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 25% of the time.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree such as an MBA or Master’s degree.
• Supply chain certification such as APICS.
• Experience with multi-echelon supply chains.
• Proficiency with SAP and/or OMP.
