Assoc. Location: Danvers, Massachusetts, United States of America

Base pay: $122,000–$212,750 annually, with eligibility for performance-based bonuses and long-term incentives.

What you will do

  • Lead the monthly global S&OP process and align commercial, regional, finance, operations, and manufacturing stakeholders.
  • Own forecasting, forecast accuracy, long-range scenario modeling, and plans for new product launches and phase-outs.
  • Lead end-to-end fulfillment, escalation reviews, material flow, inventory balancing, and backorder risk mitigation.
  • Develop inventory strategies and supply chain risk management metrics and action plans.
  • Lead implementation of MRP, scenario planning, and forecasting systems across complex manufacturing and distribution facilities.
  • Maintain SAP master data integrity, monitor supply chain performance metrics, and develop the planning team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, supply chain, manufacturing operations, or a related discipline.
  • 8+ years of experience in supply chain, demand planning, materials management, or manufacturing planning.
  • 3+ years of people management experience.
  • Working knowledge of DRP, MRP, MPS, and SAP Supply Chain modules including IBP, eWM, BW, MRP, and MM.
  • Strong communication, analytical problem-solving, decision-making, program management, and stakeholder influence skills.
  • Ability to work at the Danvers, Massachusetts location.
