Rental Sales Agent/Vehicle Detailer

Location: Marcoola, Australia; Maroochydore Airport

Salary: From AUD 31.11 per hour, plus penalty shift loadings and uncapped sales bonuses.

What you will do

• Welcome customers as the first point of contact and provide friendly, professional sales and service.
• Handle rental agreements, customer inquiries, bookings, and customer data through company technology platforms.
• Tailor rental offers using the available products and vehicle fleet.
• Maintain service standards, compliance, operating protocols, data security, and accuracy.
• Clean, inspect, and prepare vehicles so the fleet is ready for rental.

Requirements

• Sales and premium customer service skills.
• Strong communication, teamwork, time management, adaptability, and attention to detail.
• Computer literacy and the ability to handle customer data accurately and securely.
• Availability during trading hours from Monday to Sunday, including weekends, school holidays, and public holidays.
• Current provisional or full driver's licence and working rights in Australia are required.
• Successful applicants must complete a National Criminal History Check.

• Sales experience in retail, vehicle dealerships, technology, insurance, or real estate.
