Senior Staff NPI Planner (Semiconductor)

Location: Hsinchu City, Taiwan; onsite role

What you will do

• Consolidate NPI and production forecasts into prioritized EBI loading plans by site and priority.
• Review NPI forecasts, program schedules, and build priorities with MSI Planning and MAPL counterparts.
• Coordinate urgent EBI builds with OSAT subcontractors, including expediting, special handling, cycle times, quantities, and deadlines.
• Identify capacity clashes, escalate schedule risks, and coordinate resolution with engineering, operations, planning, and OSAT teams.
• Manage material transactions, shipment priorities, process-stage waivers, and freight-forwarder approvals for critical builds.
• Maintain EBI status tracking and provide regular reports to planning managers and cross-functional stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Management, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in NPI, production, or supply chain planning in semiconductor or electronics manufacturing.
• Experience with new product introduction processes and build stages such as SAT, ICOS, and OS testing.
• Strong ownership, urgency, escalation, organization, and prioritization skills in deadline-driven environments.
• Ability to communicate across time zones with global engineering, planning, and OSAT teams.
• Working knowledge of Oracle or a similar ERP system and proficiency in Excel; Power BI is a plus.
