Annual base pay: $45,750–$74,000 USD

What you will do

• Work with the Relationship Manager to develop non-profit relationships and underwrite new loans.
• Participate in credit approval processes and accompany the Relationship Manager on customer calls.
• Review financial statements, test financial covenants, and monitor compliance.
• Report portfolio status and track expiration dates 90 days in advance.
• Schedule analyst workflows and priorities while providing senior credit analyst support.
• Underwrite credits and support portfolio risk management as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent combination of experience, training, military service, or education.
• Experience in credit structuring, underwriting, and cross-selling.
• Experience and sound judgment in credit decisions and analysis.
• Strong quantitative reasoning, writing, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of underwriting procedures and the ability to apply mathematical concepts to practical situations.
• Must be legally authorized to work full-time in the United States without employer sponsorship.
