Senior Manager, Business Operations (Fintech)

Salary: $125,850–$213,950 per year

What you will do

• Lead strategic relationships with clients, vendors, and third-party partners to drive business value and long-term growth.
• Advise senior client stakeholders, executive sponsors, and internal business leaders.
• Negotiate contracts, service agreements, and commercial terms while managing escalations and complex stakeholder issues.
• Oversee vendor governance, performance management, service delivery, and third-party commitments.
• Develop operational strategies, metrics, reporting frameworks, and process improvements focused on scalability, efficiency, risk management, and business performance.
• Collaborate with product, technology, finance, legal, procurement, risk, and client-facing teams while leading and developing high-performing teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education, training, and relevant experience.
• Experience leading business operations, strategic partnerships, vendor management, or enterprise initiatives.
• Experience managing executive-level client and stakeholder relationships.
• Strong contract negotiation, commercial management, service-level agreement, governance, and performance management experience.
• Strong analytical, communication, presentation, negotiation, relationship management, and conflict resolution skills.
• Experience leading, coaching, and developing high-performing teams.

Nice to have

• Experience in digital banking, financial services, fintech, SaaS, or technology-enabled business environments.
• Knowledge of procurement, contract management, vendor governance, and third-party risk management.
• Experience leading executive business reviews, client success programs, or partnership growth initiatives.
• Proficiency with business intelligence, operational reporting, workflow management, and performance measurement tools.
