Product Performance Engineer (Semiconductor)

Location: Hsinchu, Taiwan; onsite role

What you will do

• Own Taiwan XLD data quality and improve the XLD intake and IRM issue-management workflows.
• Manage Top-X XLD issues, provide bi-weekly updates to customers and management, and drive closed-loop resolution.
• Collaborate with Product Leads and central teams to define solution plans and performance roadmaps.
• Lead Golden Package rollouts, track field execution, and coordinate the implementation of patches, FCA, and FCO solutions with customers.
• Drive end-to-end resolution of performance issues and alignment with system KPIs and targets.
• Propose ROI-based solutions and share performance insights, updates, and best practices with customers and site stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Science or Engineering.
• At least 2 years of experience in hirify.global 2nd Line Engineering or the lithography equipment/semiconductor field.
• Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with data analytics, databases, KPIs, and performance metrics; Insight knowledge is preferred.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, and Python for data analysis.
• Legal authorization to access technology controlled under United States Export Administration Regulations is required before starting work.
