Binance Accelerator Program - Creative Operations Intern (AI): Managing creative resourcing, project pipelines, and agency support across a global marketing organization with an accent on capacity planning, workflow automation, and operational analytics. Focus on identifying bottlenecks, building Asana reporting and AI-enabled processes, and improving the consistency and speed of creative delivery.
Location: Asia; work-from-home arrangement, which may vary depending on the business team's work

What you will do
- Support creative capacity planning by tracking planned versus actual resourcing, workload gaps, and recurring bottlenecks.
- Use Asana reports, dashboards, and workload data to improve visibility into the creative pipeline and support 95% on-time resourcing for business-as-usual requests.
- Identify and implement AI-enabled, Asana-based, and workflow automation improvements for task assignment, capacity reporting, status updates, and follow-ups.
- Analyze workload, resourcing risks, and project pipeline data to provide clear insights for Creative leadership.
- Audit agency partners and support their onboarding, scope changes, performance reviews, and resourcing flexibility.
- Document standardized agency resourcing protocols in Confluence.
Requirements
- Bilingual English and Mandarin communication is required for coordination with overseas partners and stakeholders.
- Current enrollment in or recent graduation from a relevant degree program.
- Strong organization, attention to detail, analytical ability, and communication skills.
- Experience with project management tools; Asana reporting and automations are advantageous.
- Interest in AI and automation, with experience using AI tools in operational workflows.
- Ability to work proactively in a fast-paced, global, cross-functional environment.
