Creative Operations Manager

Location: Remote within the United States, with work hours within one hour of Eastern Time (US)

What you will do

• Manage complex creative projects, including advertising campaigns, video, podcasts, social, and other initiatives, from intake through final delivery.
• Create project plans, roadmaps, timelines, milestones, and status documentation.
• Review creative briefs, coordinate weekly intake, and ensure projects are clearly defined, scoped, prioritized, and ready for kickoff.
• Partner with Creative Leads and cross-functional stakeholders to manage priorities, resources, deadlines, risks, dependencies, and capacity constraints.
• Facilitate project kickoffs and weekly status meetings, documenting deliverables, owners, decisions, and next steps.
• Improve creative workflows, operational processes, reporting, onboarding resources, and team efficiency.

Requirements

• Authorization to work in the United States at the time of hire is required.
• Work must be performed within one hour of Eastern Time (US).
• Bachelor’s degree.
• 5+ years of project or creative operations experience in an advertising agency, design studio, creative department, or similar environment.
• Experience managing multiple creative projects with competing priorities and deadlines.
• Experience with project management platforms such as Asana, Jira, Trello, Monday.com, or similar tools.
