What you will do
- Own the operational delivery of complex and high-value research customer projects.
- Manage participant acquisition, onboarding, verification, activation, engagement, and quality processes.
- Identify gaps in participant supply, including niche professional segments and international research coverage.
- Develop project plans, workflows, playbooks, documentation, and enablement materials.
- Monitor operational metrics and optimize onboarding and activation funnels to improve retention, task performance, fill rates, and time-to-data.
- Partner with product, data, science, customer success, and product management teams to build scalable solutions and support Research supply strategy.
Requirements
- Experience in operations, preferably in marketplace or platform environments.
- Experience managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong project management, process optimization, and operational execution skills.
- Proficiency with tools such as Metabase, Zapier, Asana, and HubSpot.
- Strong communication, documentation, stakeholder enablement, data analysis, and operational metrics skills.
- Familiarity with human data operations, participant recruitment, crowdsourcing platforms, or AI/ML lifecycle projects such as data labelling, annotation, or task curation.
