Regional Sales Manager (Joint Reconstruction)

What you will do

• Lead regional sales performance through strategic sales and Key Account Planning initiatives.
• Coach, mentor, and develop Product Specialists through account reviews and performance feedback.
• Support strategic account plans using customer insights and cross-functional collaboration.
• Manage workforce planning, budgets, resources, and commercial operations.
• Maintain accurate reporting and uphold company, quality, and healthcare compliance standards.

Requirements

• Degree qualification and proven experience in orthopaedic sales, ideally in hip and knee arthroplasty.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams.
• Strong commercial acumen and knowledge of the local market.
• Strong communication, negotiation, influencing, and relationship-building skills.
• Strategic, adaptable, growth-oriented, and outcome-focused approach.
• Must have the right to work in Australia, a reliable car, and a valid driver licence.
