Computer Operations Specialist (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Support the day-to-day operation of enterprise technology services and resolve user issues promptly.
• Coordinate on-site desktop support for PC hardware and software needs.
• Maintain system documentation, testing, validation, and post-implementation support.
• Analyze and troubleshoot solutions with vendors and identify root causes.
• Help define desktop support solutions and services aligned with business objectives.
• Train fellow desktop administrators on organizational processes.

Requirements

• University degree, such as a bachelor's degree, or equivalent relevant work experience.
• Fluent English is required.
• Basic understanding of Linux desktop environments, network equipment, AV equipment, and manufacturing computing equipment.
• Ability to prioritize work, manage time, solve problems, and maintain service levels under pressure.
• Strong communication, customer orientation, teamwork, planning, conflict management, resilience, and business ethics.
