Developer Support Engineer (Unity)

Base salary: ¥298,100–¥529,900 CNY gross

What you will do

• Serve as the primary technical contact for strategic partners across supported products and platforms.
• Investigate complex technical issues end-to-end, identify root causes, and develop solutions using diagnostic and analysis tools.
• Own high-profile technical escalations and coordinate with R&D and Product Management through resolution.
• Provide structured product feedback and behavioral clarifications to internal teams.
• Prioritize and manage multiple customer issues while maintaining accountability and professionalism.
• Create and maintain knowledge articles and internal documentation.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in technical support, solutions engineering, QA, software development, or a similar technical role.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
• Strong technical problem-solving skills, including tracing system and application flows and identifying root causes in ambiguous situations.
• Ability to work independently, multitask, and perform effectively under pressure.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills required for regular professional communication with colleagues and partners worldwide.
• Hands-on experience with SQL, Excel, data analysis, and mobile IDEs such as Xcode, Android Studio, or hirify.global3D.

Nice to have

• Experience with Kibana, Charles Proxy, Wireshark, or Postman.
• Basic knowledge of Java, Objective-C, or C#.
• Hands-on experience with LLM tools such as Claude, Cursor, or Codex.
