Sr Manager, Talent Acquisition - Global Ops - Hybrid (Acton, MA)

Location: Hybrid, Acton, Massachusetts, United States; on-site work is required

Annual base salary: $146,400–$219,600, with potential incentive compensation.

What you will do

• Lead talent acquisition strategy for global manufacturing operations, supply chain, and procurement.
• Partner with manufacturing leaders to forecast hiring needs and align recruiting capacity with factory ramp-ups, production schedules, and global expansion.
• Develop sourcing strategies and talent pipelines for plant operations, manufacturing engineering, automation, quality, materials management, logistics, and procurement.
• Lead talent mapping and use labor market intelligence to support hiring in high-demand manufacturing regions.
• Monitor ATS metrics and recruiting KPIs to improve hiring velocity, process performance, and compliance across global factory sites.
• Coach and mentor recruiters while supporting inclusive hiring, employer branding, and partnerships with technical schools and trade organizations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred; equivalent talent acquisition or HR leadership experience will be considered.
• At least 10 years of full-cycle recruitment experience across manufacturing, supply chain, operations, and procurement.
• Experience leading recruitment teams, including daily operations, performance coaching, and process optimization.
• Experience supporting high-volume manufacturing environments, global supply chain teams, and strategic procurement.
• Knowledge of federal and state employment laws, manufacturing hiring compliance, safety certifications, and diversity goals.
• Strong decision-making, prioritization, communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and process improvement skills.

Nice to have

• Advanced sourcing skills, including Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and alternative search techniques.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, applicant tracking systems, and internet recruiting tools.
