Location: USA - CA - San Jose (Rose), or Greensboro, North Carolina

Salary: $97,050.00–$138,650.00 annual base salary

What you will do

• Source, screen, and assess candidates through multiple recruiting channels.
• Present qualified candidates to hiring managers in a timely and structured way.
• Build relationships with functional leaders and hiring managers to support current and future hiring needs.
• Develop proactive recruitment strategies and talent pipelines across technical and manufacturing disciplines.
• Advise hiring managers on market conditions, candidate availability, skill sets, and recruiting approaches.
• Manage communication and expectations throughout the candidate and hiring manager experience.

Requirements

• 5–10 years of recruitment experience, including at least 3 years in permanent in-house recruitment.
• Strong knowledge of Workday or a comparable ATS.
• Experience recruiting in manufacturing environments, particularly for maintenance and process engineering roles.
• Experience managing high-volume recruitment across multiple concurrent roles.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage end-to-end recruitment independently.
• Experience in semiconductor, photonics, or advanced manufacturing is advantageous.
