What you will do
- Lead accurate and timely month-end close, budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, and other financial reporting.
- Maintain balance sheet integrity through reviews of provisions, accruals, accounting estimates, and control processes.
- Oversee statutory reporting, tax filings, external audits, and compliance with local regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate the internal audit program and ensure timely resolution of findings and action plans.
- Act as a finance business partner to local management and stakeholders, providing financial leadership and governance oversight.
- Lead the local finance organization and support finance transformation and process improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related discipline.
- Professional accounting qualification such as CPA, ACCA, CA, CIMA, or equivalent.
- At least 5 years of experience in finance leadership or controllership, including financial reporting, controls, and business support.
- Strong technical accounting, financial analysis, commercial, business partnering, leadership, and people management skills.
- Excellent communication, organization, planning, judgment, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in SAP and other financial systems, with strong knowledge of financial reporting and control processes.
