Project Manager

Location: Fully remote within the United States, operating on Eastern Time from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM; occasional travel of less than 5% per year.

Salary: $115,800–$140,000 per year

What you will do

• Support program reporting with status updates, milestones, action items, and performance metrics.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and coordinate delivery across multiple project teams.
• Create and maintain work items covering requirements, decisions, dependencies, and acceptance criteria.
• Organize backlogs, delivery planning, prioritization, and resolution of open questions and dependencies.
• Maintain resource forecasts and support staffing, utilization, burn, and financial tracking.
• Coordinate release readiness, production support operations, communications, documentation, meetings, and team onboarding and offboarding.

Requirements

• U.S. citizenship and eligibility to obtain and maintain a Moderate Risk Public Trust or equivalent federal suitability determination.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of project management, program coordination, or similar experience supporting software development teams in an Agile environment.
• 2+ years of experience supporting federal government programs or working in government contracting.
• Experience with Agile/Kanban practices, project management tools, backlog management, dependency tracking, resource planning, forecasting, or program financial tracking.
• Excellent written and spoken English and availability during Eastern Time business hours.
