hirify.global Defence and Space operates a UK Facilities Management and Real Estate function covering hirify.global commercial and defence sites.

What you will do

• Support financial management, budgeting, and forecasting for the site.
• Participate in capital investment planning and projects in line with hirify.global principles.
• Help develop site strategies covering space management, sustainability, real estate, and facilities services.
• Lead workplace improvement projects and support a coordinated facilities management approach across the UK.
• Prepare accurate customer-facing reports using transparent performance metrics.
• Build relationships across the plant to anticipate business needs and improve service delivery.

Requirements

• Must be an undergraduate for the full 12.5-month placement period.
• Studying Facilities Management, Business, Operations Management, or an equivalent subject.
• Excellent IT skills, including Google Workspace.
• Evidence-based decision-making and strong stakeholder management skills.
• Clear communication, customer focus, flexibility, and the ability to deliver on commitments.
• Ability to work in a technical team environment and comply with hirify.global standards.
