Supervisor - Facilities (Technical Cleaning)

Location: Weighbridge Rd, Shirebrook, Mansfield, UK. Day shift, 5:45am–2:45pm, on a rotation shift pattern.

What you will do

• Coordinate daily technical cleaning tasks, priorities, and shift operations across warehouse areas.
• Supervise team members, support wellbeing, conduct one-to-one performance reviews, and manage performance through KPIs.
• Plan routine and reactive cleaning activities and provide technical support across multiple shifts.
• Maintain cleaning machinery, equipment, service records, and software systems used for scheduling and reporting.
• Perform quality spot-checks and uphold cleaning, waste management, warehouse presentation, and safety standards.
• Work with Facilities, Automation, Operations, warehouse associates, contractors, suppliers, and internal departments.

Requirements

• At least three years of experience in warehouse or large-scale facility cleaning and waste management.
• Background in soft services with relevant qualifications or equivalent experience.
• Experience operating modern cleaning machinery and using CAFM systems and Microsoft Office 365.
• Knowledge of COSHH, manual handling, health and safety, ISSA, CIMS, BICSc, and BS EN 13549:2001 standards.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, adaptability, independence, and resilience in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work onsite in Shirebrook, Mansfield, UK, on the stated day-shift rotation.
