Operations Manager (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Lead daily operations within the value stream and deliver production commitments.
• Improve manufacturing performance through optimized processes, systems, tooling, and equipment.
• Lead cross-functional improvement initiatives and kaizen events.
• Coach and develop production teams and supervisory staff while ensuring adequate resources and training.
• Monitor performance metrics, identify gaps, and implement recovery plans and corrective actions.
• Manage operating and capital budgets and improve capacity, staffing, workflows, and production output.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, Manufacturing, or a related field is preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing operations leadership is preferred, including 3+ years leading supervisors.
• Proven ability to lead teams toward ambitious goals and scale production while maintaining quality and efficiency.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to drive change, build cross-functional consensus, and develop future leaders.
