Facilities Supervisor (Technical Cleaning) - Nights (Technical Cleaning/Facilities): Supervising nightly technical cleaning operations across high-risk, low-usage warehouse areas with an accent on shift coordination, equipment maintenance, safety compliance, and waste management. Focus on leading cleaning teams, scheduling routine and reactive work, monitoring KPIs, and maintaining standards across a large-scale facility.
Location: Weighbridge Rd, Shirebrook, Mansfield, UK. Onsite night shift: 4 days on, 2 days off, 21:15–06:15.

What you will do
- Coordinate daily technical cleaning tasks and priorities with the Section Manager.
- Supervise cleaning teams, shifts, wellbeing, performance reviews, and KPI management.
- Plan routine and reactive cleaning across high-risk and hard-to-reach warehouse areas.
- Provide technical support, manage cleaning equipment, service records, training, and maintenance.
- Conduct quality spot-checks and maintain cleanliness, safety, and waste management standards.
- Liaise with warehouse associates, contractors, suppliers, and internal departments while supporting Facilities projects.
Requirements
- At least three years of experience in cleaning and waste management within a warehouse or large-scale facility.
- Background in soft services with relevant qualifications or equivalent experience.
- Experience operating modern cleaning machinery and using CAFM systems and Microsoft Office 365.
- Knowledge of COSHH, manual handling, health and safety regulations, ISSA, CIMS, BICSc, and BS EN 13549:2001.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, adaptability, independence, and ability to work under pressure.
- Ability to work the onsite night rota: 4 days on, 2 days off, 21:15–06:15.
