hirify.global develops and supports aerospace and defence projects, with Finance acting as a strategic partner for operational units through forecasting, financial analysis, governance, and reporting.

What you will do

• Review financial data to identify operational trends and cost-saving opportunities.
• Support accounts payable, accounts receivable, bookkeeping, and day-to-day accounting activities.
• Compile financial data for budgets, forecasts, and regular reports.
• Process bank, supplier, and customer statement reconciliations.
• Contribute to financial modelling, month-end processes, and operational finance activities.

Requirements

• Undergraduate student status must be maintained for the full 12-month placement.
• Studying towards a degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Strong teamwork, communication, interpersonal, and autonomous working skills.
• Logical and analytical approach to problem solving, with the ability to explain accounting concepts to non-finance colleagues.
• Successful candidates will undergo a BPSS check and may also require UK SC-level Security Clearance or Export Control clearance, depending on the role.
