Finance Placement (Aerospace)

Location: Filton, Bristol, United Kingdom. The placement lasts 12.5 months and starts on 16 August 2027. The role is site-based, with hybrid working options available depending on the role.

Salary: £24,246 per year.

hirify.global is an aerospace and manufacturing company developing and testing aircraft wings and landing gear while operating support functions including Finance.

What you will do

• Prepare monthly financial reports analyzing actual costs incurred.
• Update forecast models and support budgeting activities.
• Liaise with the Finance community and Business Operations team to support stakeholder management.
• Support transnational teams across Europe with continuous improvement projects.
• Prepare cost scenarios and hourly rate reports.
• Participate in team activities and help organize team events.

Requirements

• Must remain an undergraduate for the full duration of the placement.
• Studying Finance, Accounting, or an equivalent degree, with at least two years completed.
• Good understanding of Google Suite or equivalent Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong teamwork, communication, interpersonal, and autonomous working skills.
• Logical and analytical approach to problem solving, with the ability to explain accounting concepts to non-finance colleagues.
• Successful candidates must undergo a BPSS security check and may require UK SC-level Security Clearance or Export Control approval.
