Intel Foundry Process Development Engineer - Advanced Lithography

Location: Hillsboro, Oregon, United States; hybrid work model with time split between the assigned hirify.global site and off-site work.

Annual salary range: $133,800–$188,890 USD.

What you will do

• Lead scientific research enabling innovative semiconductor device architectures.
• Design, execute, and analyze experiments for advanced process development.
• Integrate individual process steps required to manufacture complex microprocessors.
• Develop hirify.globallectual property related to semiconductor process technologies.
• Ramp technologies to manufacturing volumes and transfer them to manufacturing counterparts using Copy Exactly Methodology.
• Troubleshoot production issues and optimize application performance and reliability.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 7+ years, Master’s degree with 5+ years, or Ph.D. with 3+ years of experience in a relevant STEM field.
• Experience in semiconductor processing, semiconductor fabrication, or nanotechnology.
• Experience with design of experiments, Statistical Process Control, and computational data skills.
• At least 3 years of experience in overlay development, lithography metrology tools, lithography process layer development, or EUV materials process development.
• Ability to use coding for data collection and analysis and to work effectively in cross-functional development teams.
• Understanding of modern semiconductor manufacturing processes.

Nice to have

• Experience driving integrated process change methodologies.
• Equipment development and vendor interaction experience.
• Experience with ASML EUV and DUV scanner platforms.
• Familiarity with factory automation or manufacturing control systems.
