Global Clinical Distribution Lead

Location: Mississauga, Ontario, Canada; hybrid work with 3 days onsite per week.

Expected compensation: CAD 65,000 annually, with final compensation based on experience, skills, and qualifications.

What you will do

• Manage on-time delivery of clinical supply shipments to depots and clinical sites worldwide.
• Participate in Protocol Execution Teams, Global Supply Execution Teams, and distribution-related meetings.
• Resolve operational and system issues affecting delivery performance with internal and external providers.
• Coordinate network depot supply with clinical demand and supply partners.
• Lead cross-functional distribution projects and process improvement initiatives.
• Execute activities accurately in the CLARA system, perform first- and second-level diagnostics, and process quality incidents, CAPAs, and planned changes in a GMP-compliant environment.

Requirements

• BA, BS, MS, or MBA in business, operations management, supply chain management, biotechnology, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in clinical trial management, logistics, warehouse management, or supply chain.
• Experience in the biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems.
• Experience working in cross-functional, cross-cultural, and agile organizations.
• No Canadian work experience is required.

• APICS or SCOR certification.
