BIM Modeler

Location: Manila, Philippines — full-time in the Makati office

What you will do

• Create, maintain, and update accurate 3D BIM models and 2D drawings.
• Prepare project documentation aligned with project requirements, BIM standards, and quality expectations.
• Coordinate with engineers, designers, and project teams on assigned infrastructure projects.
• Report to the Philippines-based Team Leader on task progress and assignments.
• Support drawing review and quality control activities.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of BIM/CAD project experience.
• Professional experience with AutoCAD and Revit.
• Experience with Autodesk Construction Cloud and ProjectWise.
• Knowledge of structural engineering design concepts and civil infrastructure projects, especially bridges and rail.
• Ability to work full-time in the Makati office.
• Strong computer skills, time management, and the ability to work under pressure; willingness to work overtime when necessary.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of MicroStation and Bentley civil design software.
• Familiarity with DPWH bridge detailing procedures.
• Experience in drawing review and quality control.
• Experience in engineering design consulting.
