Architectural Draftsperson (Revit)

Location: Work from home in the Philippines; listed locations include Ortigas, Alabang, Pampanga, and Cebu. Work schedule: 9:00 AM–6:00 PM AEST / 6:00 AM–3:00 PM PHT.

What you will do

• Contribute to conceptual and schematic design phases and develop solutions aligned with client requirements.
• Prepare architectural plans, sections, elevations, and construction details using Revit and related software.
• Maintain project documentation, material specifications, technical reports, and design records.
• Coordinate design intent with engineering, structural, and other disciplines.
• Collaborate with local teams, consultants, and clients through virtual meetings and remote communication tools.
• Review deliverables for accuracy, compliance, completeness, and quality while meeting project deadlines.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
• At least 6 years of architectural experience, including multiresidential projects; retail, commercial, and hotel experience is highly regarded.
• At least 2 years of experience working on Australian projects is essential.
• Strong proficiency in Revit; Archicad and BIM knowledge are advantageous.
• Strong understanding of Australian construction methods, materials, and building regulations.
• Excellent written and verbal English, analytical problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Nice to have

• Registered Architect status.
• Experience with Archicad and BIM.
