Building Maintenance (Facilities Management): Maintaining company facilities, electrical systems, equipment, and data center MDF/IDF infrastructure in Cebu with an accent on equipment reliability, structured cabling, and regulatory compliance. Focus on inspecting and repairing installations, preventing production downtime, and coordinating compliance with BFP, DOLE, and PEZA standards.

What you will do

Monitor and inspect company equipment and facility installations to ensure safe and reliable operation.
Install, maintain, and repair electrical equipment, wiring, and fixtures.
Maintain data center Main Distribution Frame and Intermediate Distribution Frame equipment to prevent production downtime.
Repair network lines and re-install structured cabling and ports.
Coordinate compliance with Bureau of Fire Protection, DOLE, and PEZA requirements.

Requirements

Hold BOSH and NCII certificates in Electrical Installation and Maintenance.
Have at least one year of solid Facilities Management experience.
Have strong equipment maintenance skills.
Be able to work a graveyard shift.
