Hydraulic & Wet Fire CAD Draftsperson

Location: Remote, based in Metro Manila, Philippines

Remote drafting support for Australian hydraulic and wet fire projects.

What you will do

• Prepare hydraulic services drawings in AutoCAD for sewer, water, stormwater, gas, and trade waste systems.
• Produce wet fire documentation for hydrant, hose reel, and sprinkler layouts.
• Update drawings based on consultant mark-ups, requested changes, and design revisions.
• Create construction drawings, hydraulic riser diagrams, schematics, and related documentation for Australian projects.
• Coordinate hydraulic and wet fire services with architectural, structural, and consultant drawings to identify and resolve clashes.
• Perform internal QA checks and maintain drawing registers, folder structures, file naming conventions, and revision records.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of AutoCAD experience focused on hydraulic services and wet fire drafting for Australian projects.
• Ability to interpret architectural and structural drawings and produce accurate construction documentation.
• Understanding of hydraulic services, wet fire systems, and service coordination.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, PDF markup software, Microsoft Teams, and Microsoft Outlook.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills and confidence participating in online meetings with Australian colleagues.

Nice to have

• Experience with BIM and Revit.
• Familiarity with Australian drafting standards and documentation practices.
