Product Manager - Money Movement (Fintech)

hirify.global is building money movement and payments infrastructure for its business operations, including shared rails and API capabilities.

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end money movement product surface, including on-ramps, off-ramps, pay-ins, and payouts.
• Turn spreadsheet- and tribal-knowledge-based settlement, reconciliation, liquidity, and treasury flows into scalable infrastructure.
• Define payment operations covering settlement cycles, reconciliation cadence, transaction processing, and exception handling.
• Align rail and infrastructure decisions with Own Network's shared money-movement and API layer.
• Manage partner-bank and PSP relationships directly and work with Finance and FinOps.
• Apply AI-native execution practices to payment product and operations work.

Requirements

• 4+ years of product experience for Senior PM consideration or 7+ years for Lead PM consideration.
• Experience shipping payment rails in emerging-market or high-growth fintech environments, including on-ramps, off-ramps, ACH, SWIFT, wire, or card acquiring.
• Experience working with multiple PSPs or banking partners simultaneously.
• Ability to own settlement, reconciliation, treasury processes, and customer-facing payment flows.
• Ability to evaluate corridor unit economics, deposit fees, FX spreads, send fees, and adoption subsidies.
• Direct experience negotiating or managing partner-bank or PSP relationships.
