Senior Product Manager - Payments (Fintech)

Location: Remote from Mexico or Colombia

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end payments experience, including supplier payouts, client repayments, FX conversion, compliance checks, and reconciliation.
• Design and ship cross-border payment infrastructure for international trade in a 0-to-1 role.
• Evaluate, select, and integrate international payment providers and rails such as SWIFT, SPEI, ACH, and stablecoin infrastructure.
• Shape the client payment experience for lending and direct supplier-payment use cases.
• Define and optimize FX spreads, fees, and the commercial model for payments.
• Design payment products that can scale from Mexico and Colombia across Latin America.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Product Manager experience, including significant work in fintech, payments, or financial infrastructure.
• Experience shipping cross-border payment products from 0 to 1.
• Experience integrating payment rails such as SWIFT, SPEI, ACH, or similar systems.
• Deep understanding of FX, currency conversion, margins, and payment risks.
• Knowledge of KYC, AML, and cross-border regulatory requirements, plus familiarity with providers such as Airwallex, Wise, Stripe, or Conduit.
• Native Spanish and professional English required.

• Experience with stablecoins or crypto payment rails.
